Terms of Service
By completing your purchase with HB Collective LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order in full before submitting payment. This includes verifying:
Selected items
Sizes and quantities
Pricing
Shipping information
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
2. Shipping Address Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses being entered when placing an order and can not change shipping addresses once shipped.
HB Collective LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address is entered:
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order. We do not offer refunds for orders that need to be reshipped due to incorrect shipping address entered by the customer at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the address entered at checkout, even if the address was entered incorrectly.
We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to customer error.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within our stated processing timeframe of 3 to 5 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Processing times may be extended during:
New product launches
Sales events
Holidays
High-volume periods
4. Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has shipped, HB Collective LLC is not responsible for:
Shipping carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages
Delivery issues after confirmed delivery
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related claims.
5. Preorder Policy
Items marked as Preorder are not currently in stock and are expected to ship within the timeframe stated in the product description.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree that:
Preorder items require extended processing times.
Estimated ship dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
Preorder items are final sale and cannot be canceled once ordered.
Refunds will not be issued due to normal supplier delays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding with preorder items, as they allow us to offer exclusive and limited styles.
6. Sales Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:
Worn or washed items
Final sale items
Preorder items
Discounted merchandise
Jewelry
If returns are accepted under specific promotions, items must meet all return conditions outlined on our Returns Policy page. All returns are accepted as store credit. We do not offer refunds.
7. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
By placing an order with HB Collective LLC, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
Any chargeback disputes will include:
Order confirmation records
Tracking confirmation
Proof of delivery
Agreement to these Terms of Service
Fraudulent activity will be reported.
